I got a fascinating request from one of our readers the other day, and I decided to use it to make new resources for you!
Marsha Hubert, RN and director of Cardiac Rehab at a nearby hospital, asked if we had any healthy dairy comparison resources that could help people review their options and make smart choices.
I immediately sent her what I had, but then I decided to work with our team to create a comprehensive dairy comparison chart that explores the calories per serving, fat content, saturated fat content, cholesterol and sodium levels, grams of protein and sugar, and the percent daily value for calcium — all for 20 common dairy products.
