Is it Time for a Diet Reboot?

Come September (really, after Labor Day) it seems that quite a few people want to try to improve their health in various ways.  Even for those who's lives aren't run by the school calendar any more, it still seems as though it's a time to start fresh.  If you're thinking it's time to get back on track with your low-carb diet, or try it for the first time, here are some tips to help get you off to a good start.  May you end September healthier than you began it!  Laura
