Are You an Exercise Hater? Become a Lover--Or a Tolerator

Exercise is easy to hate, isn't it?  I mean, we all know it's good for us and it has all these great benefits, but it's just so sweaty and it takes so much time.  There's so much heavy breathing (and not the good kind) and your muscles actually burn.

Okay, I get that.  But, is there a way to stop hating exercise?  Because some of that feeling involves our definition of exercise, right?  Which means that, if you redefine what exercise is, maybe you can love it!

Okay, maybe that's taking things a little too far.

Exercise and Weight Loss Lesson of the Week: Change is Hard

The woman pulled something that resembled a square of tree bark and took a bite. "I just went raw and I've never felt better! I'm training for a marathon now and I don't even miss chocolate!"
