Think about it – you could be walking around while chatting on the phone, or while waiting for the microwave timer to go off, or while you listen to your favorite podcast. You'll reach your goal before you know it. The best part is that you don't need anything but a pedometer to get started. A pedometer app on your phone will work just fine!
