There May Be Some Great Benefits | I remember when I first started exercising and I would try to do cardio and strength exercises at different times of day. Sometimes that worked but, most of the time, it didn't. There's something about getting to the end of the day that makes me wonder: Wouldn't it be more fun to lay on the couch and watch TV? Yes, it actually is. Which is why we need to combine our workouts - We just don't have time, right? So, if you're doing that, what's the right approach?
