Don't Underrate Cranberries!

Cranberries - I love to see those cheery bags of tangy goodness in the stores at this time of year.  Grab a couple of extra bags for the freezer - there are so many delicious, nutritious, easy things you can do with cranberries, and they are very low in sugar.  Have a healthy week - Laura
