With mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes, and my low-carb stuffing and cranberry sauce my Thanksgiving plate looks traditional, but it much lower in carbs. | | | Low-Carb Stuffing Bread | Make sure you have almond meal on hand to make this stuffing bread. You can make it a few days ahead, or make it now and freeze, so there will be one less thing to do leading up to the big day. Then use it to make my low-carb stuffing. | | | | 5-Minute Spiced Pecans | I like to have these around for guests. And if I don't have any made up, I can have them ready super-quickly, and the kitchen smells wonderful | | | Low-Carb Egg Nog | The easiest way is to mix cream and/or unsweetened almond milk or soy milk with DaVinci's sugar-free eggnog-flavored syrup.
