Day Seven
Steak and Avocado Tomato Salad, Wild Rice and Spinach
Beef steak is high in protein, iron and zinc. Topping it with a cool salad makes an interesting and delicious main dish. Wild rice takes the place of starch in tonight's dinner and I've found a recipe for sautéed spinach. I've finished the meal plan with a fresh strawberry and sour cream dessert. Get the recipes!
