| It's always interesting to me to learn about how people deal with temptation in the area of food. Why do some people have no trouble ignoring the bowl of Halloween candy, while others struggle to stay away? The more we can learn about it, the more I hope I can help people to keep to their healthy low-carb eating. I think part of it is making the transition to identifying yourself as a low-carb eater, rather than just being "on a diet".
