Victoria Shanta Retelny's food trends report plus free cooking handout and quinoa tips

Fab Friday CFFH

Dear Usman,

Happy Friday to you! We are proud to bring Victoria Shanta Retelny's report from FNCE, the Food, Nutrition and Culinary Expo by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Victoria reports first hand about the most exciting classes, food trends and new products that she experienced while at the conference in Houston last week.

We have a free handout about poaching from our new book, Home Run Cooking. And there is a brand new guide to using quinoa from Family and Consumer Science specialist Cheryle Jones Syracuse, MS.

Nutrition Education Store is now updated for 2014. It is much easier for you to find just the right item. There are free cooking handouts and special offers. We are working hard on new posters and brochures. If you have a request let us know by replying to this email or calling 800-462-2352.

I’ll be the first to admit I don’t totally understand Pinterest.  But, my cousin seems to really be into it. She recently shared on her Facebook wall several things she learned on Pinterest.  I chuckled at one of them…
