| Every few years, the American Diabetes Association comes out with new guidelines on nutrition therapy recommendations for diabetics. The last time was 2008, so I've been very interested in what the latest edition would say. Here it is, hot off the presses! I feel that this really impacts all of us who respond to cutting back on carbohydrate in our diets, as it hopefully will bring more credibility to us.
