How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

There are a few special opportunities for stress relief that come only in November.  A few of them are writing-related observances that fall in November, so now is the time to plan and put them into action.  Another is Daylight Saving time--this newsletter brings you ideas to make the most of that "extra hour."  And finally, November 1st is "Give Up Your Should"s day and, although I can't say you "should" celebrate it, I encourage you to do so if you're interested in another effective way to relieve stress.  Enjoy, and have a fantastic rest-of-the-week!

--Elizabeth
