As hard as it is to believe, Christmas will be here in just a few days. If you haven't finished your shopping, there's still time, so try not to stress out.
You know the best way to reduce stress? No, dear husband, it isn't 'beer,' or 'playing Major League Baseball on Playstation' for hours on end.
It's exercise!
I think I just heard a collective groan. That's okay...I do this for a living, so I'm used to people secretly wanting to duct tape my fingers together so I can no longer type. Or, sometimes, not so secretly.
Whatever you do this week, stay safe, enjoy being with your family and friends (even the crazy ones) and don't forget to exercise. Merry Christmas everyone!
