This week is a busy one for many of us as we gear up for Christmas, and it may include extra measures of stress, at least part of the time.  This may be due to the stress of travel, of loneliness, or of last-minute scrambling, among other things.   Whatever you face, here are some ways to relieve stress so you can truly enjoy the holiday--or, for those who don't celebrate Christmas, enjoy some peaceful time off.  Have a wonderful week!
