Despite the fact that we all know we have to cut our calories and exercise for the best weight loss results, many of us end up doing one or the other.  What's interesting is that what we believe about weight gain is what determines how we lose weight.

So, if you think it's your diet that's the problem, you may spend your energy changing how you eat and ignoring exercise.  And if you think your diet is okay, but you're not moving enough, then you might exercise more without doing much to change your diet. 

Now, what happens when you just diet or just exercise? 

I come to your house and make you do pushups until you agree to do both.
