| Today I want to talk about something so critical to exercise that it should be written into the Constitution. In fact, if I were writing that law, it would read something like this: All those engaged in the pursuit of consistent exercise shall reward themselves on a regular basis with a pleasurable item or experience such that he or she will continue his or her pursuit of exercise. I know. My constitutional language could use some work, but you get the point. And could there be a better time to reward yourself than now? I think not. |
