Cardio, Strength Equipment Still Get Some Love

Lately, all the "love" in the industry seems to be going to functional training, group training and studios. But this week (Valentine's Day week, no less), we wanted to show some love for the tried and true: cardio and strength equipment.

Just like your first love, you can't quite get over them, even if you now run a yoga studio or a personal training studio where cardio equipment is non-existent and the only strength equipment might include dumbbells and bands. However, at some point, many of your members will just want a little time on the treadmill or the stepper to mix it up. And when they do so, what will they find? They will find that new choices in the types of cardio equipment may be minimal, but the technology on the equipment has changed radically.
