Today probably isn't the most depressing day of the year...they say that happens around January 20th, which is when your credit card bill from the holidays come due.  Still, the first Monday after New Year's is always a little painful.  There's the guilt over all the crap we ate over the holidays and then there's the fact that we aren't allowed to have anymore of that yummy crap because it all counts now, right?

Why not go easy on yourself and ease back into your healthy routine?  It might make things a little less awful.
