From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise

Motivating yourself to exercise when you're smack dab in the middle of the polar vortex isn't easy.  But there's one sure thing that will get you to exercise:  A treat.  Now, I'm not talking about a food treat, which kind of defeats the purpose (wine doesn't count as food, by the way), but something else - Something that will lure you to your workout.  Is is a new pair of shoes?  Time to read a new book?  30 minutes to play Candy Crush without guilt?

Find that treat and enjoy it!

Getting and Staying Motivated to Exercise
Getting motivated to exercise is always easy when you're planning it for the future. That early morning workout at the gym on Monday is just what you need to get back on track. You may even be excited about it...right up until the alarm goes off and you actually have to follow through.
