How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

Happy New Year to you!!  I hope this is one of your best years yet, and I'm going to do what I can to help you make it so.  Over the next few weeks, I'll be sending you resources to help you discover what you'd like to achieve with this year, and then make it happen.  Today, I'm bringing you ideas to consider as you shape your goals for 2015.  Pat yourself on the back for all the big and little things you accomplished in the past year.  Now it's a great time to take stock of your past year and decide what you'd like next.  Cheers!!

--Elizabeth Scott

Bask In Gratitude

If you'd like your new year to be happy, one of the best things you can do is to cultivate gratitude for what you have now, and bring more of what you love into your life. Beginning a gratitude journaling practice is an excellent way to stay focused on appreciating what you have, and it's fun, too.  Beginning one today also provides you with a wonderful opportunity to remind yourself of all that you accomplished in 2014 that you're proud of, and hone your awareness of what you want to experience in 2015.  Read More

Create A Pinterest Vision Board

I'm a fan of Pinterest, especially for sharing great information or setting aside articles to read.  Pinterest can also be a fantastic resource for creating vision boards and getting inspired for setting goals!  Here's how you can make Pinterest work for you in 2015.

Why Make A Bucket List For 2015?

One of my favorite ways to ring in the new year is to create a bucket in the first week or so, and contribute to it in an ongoing way as ideas come to me.  How are bucket lists different from resolution lists or goal lists in terms of benefits? Learn about the benefits of a bucket list, and see how to create a bucket list for the new year.  Have fun!
