Weight Loss Is Simple, But Not Easy
We’re not going to pretend that this week is really any different to any other week.  People are waking up every day, the sun is regularly setting, and people are either committing to or wholly forgetting their health goals – just like any other week.

But if there’s one thing the New Year should teach, it’s that every day – every second – you have the opportunity to begin anew. The fact that today is like any other day means that this moment contains untold possibility, and you have within you the power to take action, make a choice, and do right by your body. It’s no cliché: there’s never been a better time than right now. So take action! Lace up your shoes, throw open your front door (or in this weather, you might prefer to exercise at home), and tackle your weight loss challenges today.
