Get Your Training Back on Track; 8 Ways to Love Running

This past weekend was a holiday weekend in the U.S., so I spent a good part of it with friends and family, eating, drinking, and lounging by the pool. This morning I felt like I needed a good run to get back on track. Fortunately, the weather and my body cooperated during my 5-mile run and I feel like my week is off to a good start. If you feel like you need a jump-start to your training or some extra motivation, see tips below.
