Got a Food Hangover? Here's How to Deal With It

Welcome to the Monday after the 4th of July.  If you're lucky, you're on vacation and you're not even reading this newsletter.  If you're not lucky, you're at work or getting back to 'real' life and you realize you ate and, probably, drank more than usual over the weekend.

It's tempting to want to go on some kind of detox program - Maybe a diet of lettuce and lemon wedges with a side of kale, but let's be real.  We still need to eat, even after we've spent an entire weekend doing that very thing.  So, how do you redeem yourself?  First, you stop the guilt.  You had a holiday, you had fun and now we can move on.

It happens, right?
