Are You Ready to Train for and Run a Marathon?

Yesterday I was at the New York City marathon coaching the runners and walkers on my team. As usual, the race did not disappoint and I was so incredibly inspired by the determination, courage, strength and perseverance I witnessed from all the athletes on the course.
