Morning and Evening Yoga - Relax!

l know I talk a lot about high intensity exercise and, yes, that can help you lose weight faster.  But, know what's also important?

Relaxing.

I don't think we spend enough time doing that, so you're mission this week, should you choose to accept it, is to relax with this yoga workout.  It does double duty - Perfect for just getting out of bed or for unwinding before going to sleep.
