5 Exercises You Can Do Right Now

What do you think about when you think about exercise?  The first thing that may come to mind:  Pain.  The next?  Sweat.  And the next?  Your precious, precious time.  A trainer I used to work with would to tell clients they would either make time for a workout or time for the doctor's office.

That's a pretty good guilt trip to drop on someone, for sure. But, I don't like dropping guilt trips on my clients.

Just my husband.

I actually prefer to motivate people with the idea that exercise doesn't have to involve pain, sweat or a lot of time.  In fact, there are exercises you can do right at your desk with pretty much no equipment.  There.  No guilt involved.
