How Do You Know if You're Doing the Right Workouts?

I've been exercising for a long time and one thing I know after all these years:  There is no 'right' way to exercise.

I know.  What's up with that?

What's up is that there we're all different - Our bodies are different, our goals are different and even our workouts affect each of us differently.  Sure, there's the whole cardio 5 days a week and strength training twice a week rule, but how do you really know what your body needs?

I actually have a few things to look at if you're wondering, some assessments that will tell you whether you're on the right track.
