Why, Yes! | Would you like some toast with breakfast or a slice of banana bread with cream cheese with tea as a snack? How about a low-carb muffin? Look no further! Have a great weekend, and why not try some baking? - Laura | | Laura Dolson Low Carb Diets Expert | | | Low-Carb Gluten-Free Banana Bread | I developed this recipe for a friend who's father was diagnosed with diabetes and missed banana bread. It's about 6 grams of net carb per slice -- higher than some of my other recipes because it has actual banana in it, but way lower than most banana breads. | | | | | Flax Meal Bread | This is one of my most popular recipes. It is easy to make - just mix it up and bake it flat in a sheet pan. Each piece has less than a gram of usable carb, plus 5 grams of fiber. Breakfast idea: a piece of flax toast topped with a little cheese, bacon or ham, and a couple of eggs on top. There's also a link to a video to show you how to make it. | | | | | Basic Low-Carb Muffins | These are really versatile, and there are lots of different variations. I'm fond of blueberry muffins. Or I also like to put a little sugar-free apricot jam in the center. | | | | | | Low-Carb Cream Cheese Coffee Cake | Again, this can be made with blueberries or raspberries. It has a cake layer, a cream cheese layer, and streusel on top. Made with almond meal. | | | | | | | | You are receiving this newsletter because you subscribed to the Low Carb Diets newsletter.
