APA Study: Stress In America

Every year, the American Psychological Association releases a large-scale survey on stress, known as their "Stress In America Survey."  This year, there were some significant findings showing that discrimination, among other things, can bring significant stress for many Americans.  This newsletter brings more information from the survey and resources to manage stress.  You'll also find some ways to enjoy your weekend more, and return on Monday feeling less stressed--as you should!
