"Nonexercise" Is Good for You
I've got a friend who is a fanatic about walking. She gets up WAY too early and goes for a long, brisk walk before getting ready for work, in virtually all weathers. She walks at lunchtime. She wears a pedometer and aims every day for 10 to 15,000 steps. And she's thin as a rail. Not for you? Not for me, either - but there's also "nonexercise," which is within all our grasps.
