How Do You Cook Rice?
There's more than one way to do it, of course, but you can't go wrong with this tried-and-true method, at least in theory. Quite possibly the most common way if you take rice cookers out of the equation, this procedure starts with one cup of uncooked, long-grain white rice and ends with steaming, fluffy forkfuls.
