How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
It may not be widely known, but if you read the last newsletter, you may already know that today is National Relaxation Day! If you guessed that today was National Best Friends Day, you're also right! Because both of these observances can help you to relieve stress, I'm sharing both with you, and I encourage you to celebrate both, either today or in the next week. (Yes, you can easily celebrate both--just relax with your best friends!) In all seriousness, I hope you have a wonderful Best Friends Day AND a fantastically restful National Relaxation Day. This newsletter brings resources on how to make the most of today! (Note: if you are reading this newsletter after August 15th, please feel free to celebrate today, or any day!) -Elizabeth
