Day Twenty Six
Roast Cornish Hens, Braised Escarole, Asparagus and Potatoes
Tonight's meal idea is fancy, but it isn't difficult to prepare. I'ved picked roast cornish hens with sautéed blueberries and garlic for the entree. Serve them on top of braised escarole and add a big serving of asparagus with lemon. For the starch, I've picked out parsley mashed potatoes. Get the recipes!
