Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and Tomatoes
Pork chops have a wonderful savory flavor that pairs nicely with the sweetness of apples. I've picked out a delicious recipe. Mashed potatoes sound good for tonight, too, and I've found a version that cuts back on the fat but keeps all the flavor. We'll round out the meal with simple steamed broccoli and a tomato basil salad. Get the recipes!
