Portobella Mushroom Burgers, Green Beans and a Salad
Big meaty portobella mushrooms fit perfectly on a whole grain hamburger bun. They're much lower in fat and calories than a typical burger. Tonight's meal includes portobella burgers and a side of roasted green beans and a baked potato. Add an apple salad with pecans. Delicious and so good for you. Get the recipes!
