Baked Cod, Oven Fries, Broccoli and Cole Slaw
Tonight's dinner is a good one for the kids. It features oven-baked cod that's been coated with crushed cornflakes and low-fat fries you make in the oven. Broccoli and red pepper boost the nutritional value of the meal and I've also found an easy recipe for cole slaw. It's like going to a fish fry -- but healthier. Get the recipes!
