Broiled Chicken and Brown Rice Pilaf
Here's another night of comfort food. I've picked out a tasty broiled chicken that gets extra flavor from fresh herbs and combined it with a brown rice pilaf. I prefer brown rice because it's higher in flavor compared to typical white rice. Round out the meal with sautéed cabbage, which is low in calories, and a black bean salad that adds color as well as flavor to your meal. Get the recipes!
