Today Well, the initial sign-up numbers for PPACA (also known as Obamacare) are out and signups on the state level far exceed the federal level. It's too early to tell if (and when) more folks will sign up because the deadline isn't tomorrow and that's probably going to be the real test. I mean, who has their taxes ready on Jan 1?
