Vegetable soup - what a delicious way to get more vegetables into your family's healthy diet. This soup is easy to make and I've paired it with some homemade bread (or you can get a pre-baked loaf and warm it in your oven). I found a delicious salad with lentils to ensure you get plenty of protein. Get the recipes!
