As humans, we all tend to store extra fat in the same annoying places - the belly and, for many women, the hips and thighs.  If you have that excess fat, affectionately called saddlebags, you've probably tried a lot of ways to get rid of them. 

What you've probably learned is that spot reduction doesn't work.  If it did, we would all walk around looking like bathing suit models.  But that doesn't mean exercise doesn't work at all.  There are some moves that help you build muscle and burn calories, two things that can help with those saddlebags.
