Tomorrow, June 23rd, is officially observed as "Let It Go Day," a day to let go of those things from the past that weigh us down (like anger, rumination, and regret), and to let go of things in our lives that are holding us back right now (like all of the above, plus toxic situations that create more of the same). This newsletter is here to help you cull the clutter of your physical and emotional life, and simply let go of what's weighing you down. (Note: the official Let It Go Day is a great time to start focusing on this, but it can be an ongoing process, something you revisit weekly or monthly, or something you throw yourself into any day you realize you really need it.
