Avoid Post-Run Headaches;
So, did it just get suddenly hot outside for anyone else?  It seems like we went from beautiful, cool spring weather to heat and humidity overnight. If you've been feeling a lot hotter during your runs, this week I've got some tips on how to stay safe and comfortable, including how to avoid those awful post-run headaches that are common during the hot months.
