Just Add Water to Yoga This Summer

If the heat is on, try adding water to your yoga routine. Summer is the perfect time to change things up and try some new aquatic yoga. When I tried Aqua Yoga and SUP Yoga, I discovered surprising ways that they both can complement a dry-land yoga practice.

Ocean Breath - Ujjayi Pranayama
Even if you are totally landlocked, you can still channel the ocean by practicing ujjayi pranayama. Though it's also known as victorious breath and Darth Vader breath, it does sound a lot like waves crashing.
