Great Ideas for Exercising at Home

Exercising at home isn't for everyone, especially if you're easily distracted by all the things that need to get done.  I mean, how are you supposed to focus on a workout when your junk drawer is so out of control?  And what about the crud behind the refrigerator that you haven't cleaned in 10 years?  There's just too much to do!

If that's you, maybe home workouts aren't the answer.  But, if you can block out all those other things - chores and kids and dogs and cats, etc. - Home workouts are a great option.  Not only do you get to save money, but you can workout whenever you want, wearing whatever you want.  That's right - You can walk right into your workout room with bad breath and bedhead and there's no one there to stare at you in disgust.  Well, if you have a cat, you may not be able to avoid that, but cats always stare in disgust.
