Should You Hire a Personal Trainer? As a trainer, I have to say yes
Yes!  Of course you should hire a trainer!  And I'm not just saying that because I want all my fellow trainers out there to get more business (although I do) or because I always love having more clients to torture...er...help (although I do).

A trainer is definitely something to consider if you're struggling with your workout program, weight loss or other fitness goals.  Sometimes you just need that expert to come in and take a look at what you're doing.  A few squats here, some pushups there and you'll be good to go.
