Keep Smiling For The Rest Of The Month--And Year

Did you know that June is National Smile Month?  The month is coming to a close, but there are still a couple of days left to focus on the benefits of the smile by learning how to smile more and why this is important for your stress levels.  This newsletter gives you reasons to smile, and habits to keep your mood positive as well.  (Remember, we feel less stressed when we're happy.)

As always, you can find more stress management tools, tips, and resources on my Facebook page, via Twitter, or through Pinterest.  Enjoy your week!
