Here's How to Change You Strength Workouts and Avoid Plateaus

First, welcome to my new newsletter schedule!  I know, it's a lot to take in, but you'll be getting 3 newsletters each week.  Why?  I really, really needed more work to do.  Can you OD on Paige?  Probably.

I'll probably start working on some themes and such and, hopefully, covering topics in a more organized manner and, of course, you can always reply to my newsletters to let me know what you want to read more about.

For now, our main focus is your strength training workouts.  If you're not doing them, why not start?  And, if you are, good for you...and make sure you change them up regularly.
