Staying Fit During the Holidays - Or Just Keeping it Together

The holidays.  Just the word 'holidays' gives me a little shiver...kind of like the words 'winter' or 'I just drank the last of the wine.'

They're coming people.  I know this because I have a plane ticket straight to a family gathering in which enormous amounts of food and alcohol will be available and, likely, consumed.  Let's just work on keeping it together, shall we?

I think the best way to avoid stress is to run away to Hawaii.

If that lovely fantasy is out of reach (darn it), I have some other ideas.  Are they as good as going to Hawaii?  No. But it's the best I've got.
