Want Flat Abs? Here's Why Strong Abs Are Way Better

I think the last time I had flat abs was when I was, say, 6 months old?  After that, they vanished because, like so many of us, my body tends to store excess fat around the belly.

Why?   Well, there are lots of reasons, like if you're a woman or you're going through menopause or if you inherited that particular trait from your parents or if you eat too much...and on and on.  So, flat abs?  Very, very hard to get without pretty much dropping your body fat to levels that would leave most of us starved and miserable.

But, you don't need flat abs...you need strong abs.  Just trust me on this one.
