Roast Chicken Breasts, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Tonight is a simple and comforting meal with chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and a side salad. You can have this whole meal ready in about 45 minutes. The chicken is roasted, not fried, which keeps the fat grams down. The green beans are dressed up with almonds and lemon, and the salad is easy to make and delicious -- a great way to up your vegetable intake. Get the recipes!
